About
Romanian born Cristina Grecu has lived in the United States since 2015, creating bold, vivid designs for nearly a decade. Drawn to fashion with an instinctive eye for quality and beauty from a young age, Grecu sewed her first designs by hand. After buying her first sewing machine, Grecu partnered with Romanian designer Andreea Borcea to begin creating dresses.
Showcased in runway shows and media appearances, Grecu’s career has only skyrocketed with growth as she attended New York Fashion Week in 2017, successfully creating approximately 20 dresses in just one month. Today, LouLou’s Boutique in Gatlinburg, Tennessee is the homebase for the designer, providing the region with an expansive showroom of evening dresses and bridal gowns.
Currently, Grecu’s designs are also displayed in Flying Solo, a well-known boutique and retail space offering premier designs in SoHo, New York. Notably, her designs have been featured in top-tier fashion publications including Vogue China, Harper Bazaar, L’Official, Artells, Glamour, Elle Slovenia and Elle UK.
